ADVISOR SERVICES Program

What does the Advisor Services Program entail?

First of all, you and your team get 24/7 access to me through phone, email, and chat. I return all messages no later than the next business day, although response time is often quicker (particularly between 9 AM - 5 PM MT and also nights and Saturdays).

You'll also choose a frequency for scheduled calls. We can meet together once a month, twice a month, or weekly. These calls are where the magic happens.

You won’t be shuffled off to some junior team member for this call. It’ll just be you and me (and possibly other members of my team if I think they will bring added insight).

We’ll go over your business during each call -- both what’s working and what isn’t. Then I'll help you formulate a strategy based on what has worked with countless other projects. We’ll also talk about high-level strategy and bring into focus the Single Most Important Thing (SMIT) you can do to drive growth.

We'll take the SMIT and develop a solid strategy around that focus area. And don't worry -- I'll make sure you understand EXACTLY what needs to happen.

Once the call is over, you can get to work implementing what we talked about, and I'll be standing by to answer questions, give direction to your team, and help out where I can until our next meeting.

What if you don’t know how to do the thing we identify?

If you don’t know how to get started with the strategy we develop, I (or a member of my team who is better at the thing than me) will either hop on a call with you to teach you what needs to happen, or we will create a video walking you through how to do it.

If you still have questions on how to implement the strategy, you'll have access to me in a Slack channel we create just for you. If you don't want to use Slack, we can use your preferred messaging platform. 

How often should we talk?

The frequency of our scheduled calls usually depends on how much you're able to bite off at a time. If you've got a small team and will be doing most of the work yourself, meeting once or twice per month is probably sufficient. But, if your team is larger and you can execute on multiple initiatives at a time, it's probably better to meet more frequently.
